Walensee comes from lake Walensee in Switzerland near which this delightful house was built. The lake and mountain view is impressive from any corner of the building and the entire surrounding is dreamy. Switzerland is known for being beautiful and always tidy, so living here can only be a pleasure. But if you also have the beautiful nature surrounding you, there is probably nothing else left to ask for.
The modern architecture of the house is perfectly completed by the rustic touch that designers decided to give it. This makes the whole construction blend in perfectly, without disturbing the natural landscape. Wood and glass dominates the picture, so the house looks cozy and welcoming. We love this relatively new trend of large windows and glass walls. A lot of natural sunlight is a must for a healthy and happy mind…and body as well.
