Hinduja Brothers’ Residence Near Buckingham Palace

The Indian billionaire Hinduja brothers have decided to become neighbors with Queen Elizabeth II, investing £100 million ($160 million) in a luxurious home near Buckingham Palace.

The brothers bought 4 proprieties with £58 million in 2006 and spent other £40-£50 million for their restoration. It took 5 years to restore the mansion situated on the Mall, which is now the largest residential Grade 1 listed building in London.

This magnificent six-storey home is located on Carlton Terrace and features six floors, 50 rooms, including a spacious dining room which can seat around 30 people at the beautiful glass table. All these are to be divided in four apartments, one for each brother. Initially built by King George IV in the 1820s, the residence is set on 70,000 square feet and has its own cinema and swimming pool.

The brothers made a really good decision restoring this magnificent historic building and bring it back to life.Hinduja Brothers’ Residence Near Buckingham Palace
