The best thing about renowned companies celebrating their anniversaries is that they usually do it by launching special edition products. This month it’s Hennessey Performance Engineering, who is turning 20 and who decided to launch an anniversary edition Camaro to celebrate the event.
Called the Hennessey 20th Anniversary Edition HPE650 Camaro, the tuned car is only available in black on black paint scheme and boasts plenty of impressive upgrades. The ride received a supercharger, a new cam, new heads, headers and a few exhaust upgrades. Flaunting 655 hp at 6,300 rpm, the tweaked engine can push the ride from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds.
The package also includes new wheels, a coilover suspension system, new front splitter and side skirts, embroidered headrests, floor mats and numbered dash plaques. Price is $79,500 for the coupe and $84,500 for the convertible.
