Whether you love or hate his music, you have to admit that David Guetta’s a very successful DJ and producer, so successful in fact that the can actually afford to buy his own place in Miami’s prestigious GranParaiso tower. The penthouse in question occupies two floors, and it was sketched out specifically for Guetta by Piero Lissoni.
Private living arrangements include three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, all of which include high-end amenities and appliances. The first floor offers 2,472 square feet of living space as well as 430 square feet of outdoor space. The master bedroom, the great room, an open kitchen and a foyer are all located at the first floor, while the 2,130-square-foot terrace on the roof flaunts a summer kitchen, a swimming pool and a deck.
And since the penthouse is a part of one of Miami’s most luxurious towers, David enjoys access to a plethora of conveniences, including a tennis court, a fitness center, a pool deck, a bowling alley, a yoga room, a spa and a movie theater. If I owned an apartment in that tower, I probably wouldn’t leave the building for days.
