Well, this time we present to you something even more amazing: a 10.09-carats fancy vivid purple-pink cushion-cut diamond ring that is expected to sell for $12 million-$15 million.
According to Rahul Kadakia, head of jewelry at Christie’s New York, current collector demand for large fancy vivid diamonds is remarkably high and this particular gem is absolutely mesmerizing. As he himself puts it “I have never seen such vivid color in a stone of this size”. So our guess is that when Christie’s New York will bring forth the piece on April 12, a little frenzy will burst among bidders.
