Here is a new line-source tower loudspeaker system from Genesis Advanced Technologies. First announced during the CES 2011 in January, this is a high-end system boasting excellent sound emission and no restriction on dynamic range.
Called Genesis 2.2 Junior, the system has a 48-inch ribbon mid-range driver, 12.1-inch tweeters on a 1.5-inch thick cast-acrylic baffle, and three 1-inch tweeters on the back. There also are two 12-inch woofers per channel with one 600-watt amplifier and one accelerometer each.
You can find the glossy black system in the company’s dealerships around the world at $49,000 per pair.
