First Home of Rolls-Royce Phantom Unveiled at The Quail

The Home of Rolls-Royce Collection is a special initiative of the brand, meant to celebrate a decade of production at the Goodwood plant-cum-headquarters in England. The first model in the anniversary collection has recently made its debut at The Quail in the shape of an irresistible bespoke Phantom.

An important detail that you can notice in these photos is the compass theme that can be seen throughout the vehicle, both inside and outside. This symbol has been selected by the automaker to illustrate the fact that its superb vehicles have been sold across the globe, on five continents.

You can find it on the center console, on the armrests and on the elegant white exterior. Each embroidered compass required 100,000 stitches, while the painted one took skilled craftsmen six hours to perfectly apply with precision squirrel-hair brushes.

The cabin also boasts plush wood paneling with a beautiful and very intricate “celebration” marquetry motif. For this special design, talented craftsmen used 11 different types of wood placed into 170 different sections, ensuring a stunning level of detail and clarity.
