Developed in collaboration with legendary guitarist Eric Clapton, the new EC Series amplifiers from Fender are a must-have for both diehard fans of the musician and guitarists around the world. The series is composed of three different models : the EC Twinolux, the EC Tremolux, and the EC Vibro-Champ. They are basically contemporary variations of the original ’57 Twin, ’57 Deluxe and ’57 Champ amps of the 1950s.
Fender developed the amplifiers according to the exact specifications of the guitar icon himself. They all boast premium features like switchable power attenuator, which reduces speaker output, and the ‘50s-era output tube bias tremolo, which offers more throbbing pulse than the newer Fender tremolo circuits. Each amp is handmade in the United States and their prices range between $1,399 EC Vibro-Champ and $4,199 for the EC Twinolux.
