Exclusive Porsche 911 GT America for United Sports Car Racing

United Sports Car Racing is the name of a new sports car racing series born from the merger of Rolex Sports Car Series and American Le Mans Series. It will happen in the United States and Canada, and its inaugural season will take place next year.

Excited by the news, Porsche has created a very special 911 GT that will participate in the GT Daytona Class. It is called 911 GT America and it will obviously be sold exclusively in North America with a price tag of $269,000.

Based on the 911 GT3 Cup racer, it will boast a series of features that will differentiate it from its muse. These include an all-new race braking system, a modified front spoiler and rear wing that will comply with the new USCR specifications.

The exclusive Porsche will be powered by a 470-hp a 4.0-liter flat-six engine and will have a six-speed sequential transmission. Electronic throttle and pneumatic paddle shift system are also part of the package.
