Located in Mehsana, Gujarat, India, this modern residential project is dubbed Layvir, and it was created by Ramesh Patel & Associates.
It was designed for a wealthy individual, and it boasts three stories as well as a gorgeous garden and a small backyard with a swimming pool. It also includes an underground level, which houses the guest bedroom, a gymnasium, a home theatre, a formal drawing room and the parents’ bedroom. As for the ground level, it hosts the social spaces of the abode, such as the family room, kitchen and dining area. This floor opens up to the surrounding green landscape, and it links physically to the backyard thanks to a special ramp. The first floor is where the two bedrooms are located, both of which overlook the garden, while a north-facing terrace offers fantastic views of nearby agricultural land.
