The splendid Baleia Condo residence can be found in the Brazilian city of São Sebastião, nestled between the Sera do Mar Mountains and the Baleia beach. Consequently, the house features superb panoramic views of the surrounding environment, but it also ensures utmost comfort and privacy for its lucky owners.
As far as the outdoor arrangements are concerned, the central patio is directly connected to the dining room, but it also acts as an interior garden that brings much needed light and warmth into the heart of the abode. Moreover, the owners can also lay back and relax in their own Jacuzzi or swimming pool, both of which can be found in front of the terrace.
Inside, most of the spaces feature low height ceilings, except for the living room that boasts a double height in order to give off a sense of spaciousness and openness. In terms of entertainment, there is a home theater placed on the second floor, while the solarium can be found just above the master bedroom. Barbecueing can also be enjoyed outdoors.
