To commemorate 50 years since Marilyn Monroe’s death, a new champagne was created by a beverage company from Norway, named Rosmersholm. Containing fifty percent Chardonnay, twenty-five percent Pinot Meunier and 25 percent Pinot Noir, the bubbly boasts delicate notes and an elegant aroma, to remind of the beauty and refinement of the Hollywood legend.

Called Champagne Marilyn Monroe Premier Cru Brut, the delicious sparkling bubbly was made for Rosmersholm by French champagne house JM Gobillard & Fils. After having aged for three years in a cellar, the champagne is now ready to enter the largest wine trade fair in the world, held this week in Bordeaux. Forty-seven countries will participate at the event. The Champagne Marilyn Monroe will be available at €65 ($93) and will be sold with a set of six shapely flutes, priced separately at €159 ($228).
