Casa la Semilla is located in Jiutepec, a city in a very hot area in Morelos, Mexico. Surrounded by nature, the house is not even visible from certain angles, due to the trees and vegetation that hide it from prying eyes. It was essential for the project not to have a big impact on the environment, so this dwelling exists in a beautiful harmony with nature.
Due to the high temperatures of the area, T3Arc gave the residence a north orientation. Casa la Semilla has one master bedroom and one small room for a kid. The rest of the dwelling is open, comprising the living and dining areas, and the bar for cooking.
