Dubbed #328, this contemporary residence was designed by McKimm, and it is located in Wolseley, Australia. It includes everything one could possibly need in order to enjoy a lavish, laid-back lifestyle, including a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms and a fantastic swimming pool. The social living spaces are located on the ground level, while the private areas were inserted on an upper floor that can be reached via an interior staircase.
This staircase has seemingly floating steps made out of wood, while its metal railings were painted black for extra elegance and contrast. Even though the home’s interior walls are minimalistic for the most part due to their raw concrete appearance, the ones in the living room are decorated with a stunning work of art depicting the famed Greek Blue Eye. This same representation adorns one of the outer walls thus adding a personal touch to the simple appearance of the concrete building.
