Bistro Du Lion Food Truck By Peugeot

Peugeot is definitely one of the most renowned French automakers, mainly because it manages to distinguish itself through unique designs and relatively impressive engines. The Peugeot Design Lab stays true to the brand’s inclination towards innovation with the release of a special food truck named “Le Bistro du Lion”. The truck flaunts a modern look and is complemented by a matching trailer that transforms into a pop-up restaurant.

Once deployed, the restaurant offers standing tables for 30 people and also features a mobile kitchen as well as a DJ booth. Food-truck specialist Euromag equipped the ride with impressive amenities and facilities, including a Rocket Espresso machine, a hundred-gallon floorboard refrigerator, a deep fryer, two grilling plates, four induction burners and a secondary drinks fridge with a capacity of 90 gallons. The salt and pepper mills bear the badge of PSP Peugeot, and there’s even a 46-inch screen that allows guests to see exactly what’s going on in the kitchen at any given time.

Aesthetically, the truck boasts a metallic paintjob as well as custom graphics that allow it to stand out in a crowd. The Bistro Du Lion will travel to Milan for the Milan Design Week 2015 event that will take place on April 14.
