Located on 870 Park Avenue, Upper East Side, New York City, this beautiful mansion was sold this spring for $18,328,500. It was designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern with a classic façade and it boasts a total of almost 12,000 square feet of living spaces.

It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and other luxuriously appointed rooms that make it worthy of its high price. In 2000 it was sold for only $8.2 million and four years later it was again put on the market for a staggering $23 million. As alluring as the house was, it took it seven years to find a new owner.
