Awesome Acura NSX Prototype on Mid-Ohio Course

We still have to wait until 2015 for the hybrid-electric Acura NSX to actually make it into dealerships, but until then the generous people behind the project are spoiling us with a few peaks at the supercar from time to time. Honda’s luxury division has recently taken out a prototype for testing and they captured the event on camera.

The track they chose for this was the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, and from what we can see in the short video, the car performed flawlessly in different weather conditions. As you probably already know, the Acura NSX features a powerful V6 engine and a little extra help from three electric motors coupled to a lithium-ion battery. Since its debut is scheduled for 2015, we are pretty sure that we will get to see more prototypes in action in the months to come.
