Around the World in Less than 50 Days?

Alan Priddy is the British ocean adventurer who plans to break a world record by taking on the biggest challenge in the marine world: he intends to sail around the world in less than 50 days. To better understand how high he has set his goal, you should know that the current record for circumnavigating the globe belongs to Pete Bethune from New Zealand, and it stands at 60 days, 23 hours and 49 minutes.

In order to achieve his purpose, Priddy needs to create a special yacht that will be able to break the waves with little difficulty and rush him to the ‘finish line’ with incredible speed. He is currently working on his yacht concept which will feature both state-of-the-art technologies and a very appealing (and efficient!) design. We wish him all the luck he needs to accomplish this task!
