Curved OLED TVs are a really cool new trend. We already told you about Samsung’s 55-inch curved OLED HDTV, which was recently launched on the South Korean market and which is reportedly also available in the US, albeit in small quantities. Also fresh on the market is LG’s version of the amazing smart TV, also a 55-inch beauty that has definitely got the power to mesmerize any viewer.
The LG Curved OLED TV measures only 4.3 mm in depth and is also incredibly lightweight, sporting carbon fiber reinforced parts and weighing in at only 38 pounds. When it was first introduced to the public earlier this year at CES, LG said that this was actually the world’s first curved OLED TV, which is a great accomplishment for the company, but which also justifiesits really steep price of $15,000.
