Alex Rodriguez Miami Residence Now for Sale: $38 Million

Another former celebrity home has recently been put on the market, flaunting an excellent location: it is a contemporary Miami waterfront residence, boasting superb views of the bay and the skyline. Situated at 4358 North Bay Road, the mansion used to belong to Yankees third baseman, Alex Rodriguez, and it’s now for sale at $38 million.

The famous player bought it 2010, back when he was still dating the beautiful Cameron Diaz. He paid $24 million for the property, with the residence being completed about a year ago. Since Rodriguez spends most of his time in his New York City condo (worth around $6 million), it is not even known for sure whether or not he got to live in his Miami beach house at all. As for a Diaz-Rodriguez romance story happening within its walls, this is even less plausible, since the couple does no longer exist.

Anyhow, for someone who cares about a property’s former ownership, this one must be really appealing, especially if the buyer is also a true Yankees fan. The residence boasts 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a spacious gourmet open kitchen, a gym with steam room, a home theater, a huge sports room (3,000 square feet) with  batting cage, an elevator, a rooftop deck, and a heated pool. The estate also includes 275 feet of waterfront, and two docks.
