As the ninth animal of the Chinese zodiac, the monkey is actually a very famous symbol in Chinese culture.

The watch itself features an 18-carat rose gold case that measures in at 36mm x 8.4mm, and the dial and movement contained within are protected from the elements by double sapphire crystals. As far as adornments are concerned, there are 57 brilliant-cut diamonds in total, which weigh in at about 2.32 carats. The movement is a Swiss automatic Harry Winston caliber HW2008 that operates at 28,800 vph and includes 28 jewels. It boasts a power reserve of 46 hours and comprises a flat silicon balance spring, Côtes de Genève decoration, circular graining and rhodium plating. As for the dial, it was made using pink mother-of-pearl and is adorned with 24k gold flecks. The monkey was made out of 18k gold and has a diamond for an eye.

Last but not least, the strap comes in black technological satin and is complemented by an 18k gold ardillon buckle decorated with 17 brilliant-cut diamonds.
