Research shows a potential for 40%-70% cost savings when deploying agents. Additionally, tasks like referral processing that used to take a full 24 hours now take no more than 24 seconds.
These capabilities also lead to better outcomes for patients. Faster diagnoses, more face-to-face time with human care staff, customized treatment plans and overall increased patient satisfaction are a focus of these developments.
