Designed by Park + Associates, this is a beautiful contemporary luxury house in Singapore. Named 23 Alnwick Road residence, it was completed in 2009 as a series of box-like units with individual shapes and functions. The architects described the project as one in which “the client’s character comes through in the form of a house”.
The dominant color theme of the residence is black and white, both for the interior and for the exterior. Located on Alnwick Road in Singapore, the magnificent house offers over 4,600 square feet of lushly appointed spaces.
