2015 Mercedes GLA-Class Preview

2015 Mercedes GLA-Class Preview

The latest crossover from Mercedes-Benz is a stunner. One of the best things about it is that even though it carries on the automaker’s tradition of excellence and luxury, it will enter the market with a more affordable base price. The 2015 Mercedes GLA-Class is targeted towards a younger clientele and mid-career individuals with high aspirations.

Longer than the Range Rover Evoque and larger than the A-Class, the CUV is powered by a turbocharged, direct-injected inline four-cylinder engine with 2.0 liters of displacement. It can put out 208 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, and the power is rapidly sent to the wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 0-60 mph time is also very good at 6.4 seconds. You can expect to see the new GLA in US dealerships by the fall of 2014.
