Infiniti has announced U.S. pricing for the new and improved Infiniti FX luxury crossover. With new 20-inch wheels and an Infiniti Essence Concept-inspired front grille and fascia, the vehicle looks better than ever and is bound to turn a lot of heads on the street. The instrument cluster has also been updated to match the other changes that the car has received.
This October, the luxury automaker will also launch an FX35 Limited Edition for 2012, with a special Iridium Blue exterior color, dark tinted headlights with auto-leveling and Adaptive Front lighting System, dark tinted side air vents, 21-inch ten-spoke aluminum wheels with graphite finish, V-rated all-season tires and lower door trim. All 550 FX35 Limited Edition units that will be produced for the U.S. will also have graphite finished aluminum roof rails and roof rail crossbars, aluminum pedals, graphite floor mats with unique blue piping, an Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System and much more, all as standard equipment.
To complete the very alluring 2012 offer, Infiniti introduced a complimentary 24-hours assistance service for its customers. FX owners will have the possibility to call a special number and request driving directions, weather forecasts, travel arrangements, dining suggestions and reservations, and much more. Infinity is the first luxury automaker to offer such a service in the States. Their customers will enjoy the complimentary assistance for the first four years of ownership.
The base FX35 and the FX50 AWD will see a slight price increase, while the popularly equipped FX35 models will keep its former price. The popularly equipped FX50 AWD will be only $100 more expensive. Here are the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices:
