Those of you who are fond of the renowned Playboy Mansion will be glad to know that the house has finally hit the market, but before you go out and cash out your savings, you should know that there’s a catch. The residence is up for sale for $200 million, and considering the fact that Heffner paid just $1 million for it back in 1971, the price is actually a bit steep, if we’re honest.
Moreover, the future owner of the Playboy Mansion would have to let Hugh Heffner live there and continue his work on Playboy. Given how big the house is, privacy probably wouldn’t be of great concern, but it would still be weird to pay $200 million and be forced to live with an 89-year-old man, albeit a famous one.
