The fourth official version of Yamaha’s concept Gen series was dubbed Runway, and it is as elegant as it is modern. It was inspired by the unique grace of a swan, and so it features soft curves as well as smooth edges. The renderings that we’ve seen so far suggest a truly exceptional product that impresses with pivoting side panels that open up like the wings of an insect in order to show off the inner components of the scooter.
As for the seat, it was created using authentic leather, while the body flaunts semi-transparent resin elements that add a touch of timeless class. There’s no word on pricing or availability at the time of writing, mainly because the Runway is still just a concept at this point.
