A very special handmade golf putter has recently been put on display in Scotland at Pure Forged Golf, a new golf center in Glasgow. Called Scotty Cameron GSS Timeless Putter, this is a one-off luxury golfing instrument created by master club maker Jamie McCormack.
The recently founded center creates high-quality clubs for passionate golfers who see beyond a high price and can really appreciate the importance of a perfectly balanced club. Celebrity clients of Pure Forged Golf include Jack Nicholson and Danny DeVito.
While this one-of-a-kind putter is priced at £10,000 (about $15,200), a whole top-notch set costs an impressive £57,935 ($88,100). Yes, that’s a lot of money, but when passion for precision dictates, you cannot oppose it. The luxury club manufacturer says it is not driven by the desire to create prohibitively expensive instruments, but wants to create high-quality ones that will help passionate players really improve their game.
