After getting divorced from her wife Elin Nordegren, whom he cheated repeatedly, Tiger gave Elin a $110 million mansion. Still, he found enough money in his pocket to also buy a jaw-dropping home for himself. The luxury house is located in Jupiter Island, Florida, and according to his blog he will soon be able to move in it.
Woods is particularly exited about his Jupiter Island Practice Facility with its four greens, six bunkers, a putting studio and a video center. The estate features a diving pool, a lap lane, a gym, a tennis court and a 100-ft running track. The large windows of the mansion allow for amazing views of the Atlantic.
According to the architect’s plan, the house’s basement fits a large wine cellar, and even a cinema and game area. Aside from the main house there also is a boathouse, a large guesthouse, a golf training studio and a stand-alone garage. The whole thing is estimated at about $60 million.
