Triumph will delight us at the EICMA show this year with three brand new models: the 2012 Speed Triple R, the Tiger Explorer 1200 and Steve McQueen’s tribute motorcycle.
The new 2012 Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 features switchable ABS, a throttle-by-wire, traction control and a 1200cc inline-three engine.
The Speed Triple R is a tough looking version of the Speed Triple, fitted with a new Ohlins NIX30 43mm fork, a set of PVM five-spoke forged aluminum wheels and a TTX36 rear shock. The breaking performance is improved by almost 5% with the set of four-piston Brembo mono block calipers.
The Triumph Steve McQueen Edition, the Bonneville, is inspired by his own Trophy TR6. You’ll find more about these magnificent models at the EICMA. Be there.
