Do you remember The Jetsons animated sitcom and the futuristic cities that it depicted? More importantly, remember those flying cars? Even though we never got around to making flying cars mainstream (not yet), some private companies are actively trying to create new concepts in order to push the boundaries of flying four-wheelers. One such a concept is the MK 3.2 – a flying ATV developed by a company called Skyrunner.
This ATV costs $120,000, and even though that might sound a bit steep at first, keep in mind that it can actually ascend to an altitude of 10,000 feet legally. That’s because it can be equipped with a large PD Sunriser 550 wing, which allows it to glide at speeds of 55 mph. On the ground, the ATV can sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.3 seconds thanks to its 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine, which can develop 125 horsepower.
