Jason Phillips took his inspiration from quantum physics when he created this sleek, contemporary piece of furniture. Called the Quantum table, his creation shows how the movement of subatomic particles could look like if their paths were visible to the naked eye. The table is basically made of a shiny lacquered orange top and an intricate steel wire base with a black powder coat. It’s simple, but with a powerful visual effect.
