Girard-Perregeaux, the renowned Swiss watch manufacturer, has recently unveiled a new limited edition creation, the ww.tc Enamel John Harrison timepiece. Made to celebrate the inventor of the H-4 watch, John Harrison, this stunning Gerard-Perregeaux indicates the time in 24 different time zones and boasts a beautiful dial displaying a map of the Atlantic. The map’s contours are carved in an unprocessed plate of white gold and the 3-mm compass rose is hand-sculpted.
On the enamel-colored map, the journey of John Harrison’s son, William, is marked by a trace of silver powder from England to Jamaica. Only 50 pieces of this exquisite watch will be created, so you’ll have to move fast to put your hands on one of them.
