We’ve waited for quite a while to see what the limited edition Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0. will look like and today we can finally gaze at high definition pictures of it. Only 600 units of this white, red and grey beauty will be made and deliveries will start later this year. One of its highlights is the 4.0-liter flat-six (from the 911 GT3 RSR racer) with forged pistons, race crankshaft and titanium connecting rods. The engine can deliver 500 hp and 339 lb-ft, and the car is expected to complete the 0-62 mph sprint in 3.7 seconds before reaching the maximum speed of 200 mph.
This mind-blowing speed is possible to achieve thanks to the car’s impressive lightweight. With the introduction of carbon fiber elements and the elimination of unnecessary stuff (like the radio, sat-navigation and air conditioning), the vehicle boasts an increased downforce too. Each unit will be priced at around $185,000.
