The Green Bay Packers Have Received Their Victory Rings (1)

The Green Bay Packers celebrated their victory in many ways, we’re sure. But now Jostens has finished the team’s last victory mark, the hand-made platinum and diamond rings. Championship rings are not uncommon in the world of sports, but it’s always a great joy to receive them. The Green Bay Packers received theirs on June 16, at a celebration in Lambeau Field Atrium.

Cast in platinum and showing the iconic “G” logo in 18-carat yellow gold on a green stone tablet, the ring features several diamond-expressed symbols. More exactly, the logo is studded with 13 stones that represent the team’s 13 NFL championships, four marquis-cut gems represent their four Super Bowl Championship wins, and the 92 diamonds surrounding the crest show for how long the Packers have been around. Each ring is further personalized with it’s owner’s name and his team number.
