The Queen of Burlesque has launched her new glamorous show, including a spectacular upgrade of her famous martini glass act. The new art-deco martini glass has been studded with more than 250,000 Swarovski crystals, specially for the new “Strip Strip Hooray!” show. She debuted the act at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles on May 17 and 18.
Before putting on her dazzling performance, Dita Von Teese said: “My martini glass act has been my most popular burlesque act for over a decade, and it’s a seen a few reinventions over the years, but finally I’ve fulfilled my dream to create the ultimate, most decadent and dazzling martini glass ever!(…) I’m thrilled, delighted and excited to debut this sensational stage prop.”
