Inspired by the dashboards of the Porsche supercars, the P6620 Dashboard watch from Porsche Design is a new masterpiece for the rich. The industrial grade titanium with black PVD coating used for the chassis is lightweight, rust resistant and non-allergenic. The 44-mm-wide dial features white enameled numerals on the outer ring, a small date window, a seconds sub-dial and a tachometer. Protecting the dial is a scratch-resistant, non-reflective sapphire crystal.
Inside the case there is a mechanical self-winding ETA Valjoux 7753 mechanism with 48 hours of power reserve. The back boasts a skeleton display of the mechanism. The P6620 Dashboard is water resistant to 100 meters and will be offered in 20 different versions. Prices will be around $5,600.
