Stephen Nickel Prefabricated Residence in Mallorca

The fascinating globalization era that we live in has already accustomed us to buying all sorts of stuff from every country in the world. But while ordering makeup, fishing gear or clothes online seems quite natural to us, we have to admit that we are not yet used to the idea of buying a home made in Germany and then having it shipped to your country. However, this is apparently very possible thanks to Stephen Nickel and his awesome prefabricated homes concept.

Offering 4,300+ square feet of living space, the prefabricated house in these photos is located in Mallorca, but it was made in Germany. It is a lovely modern country house with 4 bedrooms, one master suite with en-suite and dressing room, 3 bathrooms, an office, and a top-notch kitchen that is linked to the dining room, which in turn is connected to the living room. The living and dining spaces are separated by a narrow fireplace wall.

The residence also flaunts a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a bodega with beautiful views, and an open yet very intimate interior courtyard with swimming pool. As you can see in the photo gallery, the project has a very elegant and contemporary feel to it and it is also characterized by openness. Very large windows and glass walls keep the house connected to the outdoors. The building is actually set on a 183,000 square foot property which is a lot of nature-filled space to enjoy every day.
