Spectacular Swath Superyacht by Abeking & Rasmussen

Developed by Abeking & Rasmussen in collaboration with Reymond Langton Design, this exquisite yacht is an excellent choice for whoever loves the sea but hates seasickness. It is a 63.4-meter (208-foot) vessel that floats on two submarine hulls that are permanently submerged under water, thus allowing the actual yacht to hover above the waves.

This reduces the intensity of the lifting forces produced by the waves, thus diminishing the unpleasant motion sickness that so often ruins the fun of cruising. Also contributing to the vessel’s excellent stability is its beam: 24.5 meters, or approximately 80 feet. This makes the Swath (Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull) superyacht a truly massive cruiser with impressively large spaces.

It’s true that the twin hulls cannot offer any living space for the guests, but with a vessel that is roughly double the size of a normal one, this detail poses hardly any problems. The wide decks provide enough room for  5 luxurious cabins, a luxe gym/saloon, a spacious main saloon, an entrance lobby, huge helipad, an owner’s private deck with suite, and a lavish sundeck with Jacuzzi.
