This Austin, Texas contemporary home was designed by Cornerstone Architects. Its owners wanted their house to have a relaxed coastal look without it clashing with the Hill Country style of the community in which it stood.
Called Spanish Oaks Residence, the house is very luminous, transparent and minimalistic. White interior and exterior walls create a sense of serenity and openness. Over this impeccable backdrop, the modern and colorful furnishings look absolutely flawless.
The different rooms and areas of the house flow naturally into one another, while also seamlessly continuing towards the outdoor areas. The large frameless windows not only allow natural light to flood the interior, but also facilitate an easy transition from inside to outside.
