Slim And Elegant Regal R1 Smartphone By Gresso

Gresso is not the most famous smartphone maker in the world but it did manage to make quite a splash in 2013 when it released its Radical smartphone. The unit in question was appreciated for its specs but wasn’t very easy on the eyes, which is why the Russian company decided to do a better job with its successor, the Regal R1.

The Regal R1 is the slimmest luxury smartphone on the market (8.8mm), and it boasts a titanium case that requires 8 hours of hard work in order to be complete. The back panel impresses with a superb metallic finish that is achieved using a technique called “directional polishing”. The company’s logo is also made out of titanium and is machined onto the back of the case for 2 hours before it receives a manual polish. Build quality and looks aside, it’s also worth noting that Gresso’s Regal R1 smartphone is animated by an Android 4.2 operating system, and that it features some pretty impressive tech for a luxury gadget.

It is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core microprocessor, and it flaunts a 5″ 1080p screen protected by Gorilla Glass. It also comes with 32GB of storage and with a 13MP main camera, while its front facing camera has 5MP. Limited to just 999 units, this phone can be purchased for $3,000 from Gresso’s own website.
