Words like luxurious, powerful and eccentric could be used to describe the S65 Rocket 900 Desert Gold Edition by Brabus – a heavily modified S-Class that was unveiled during the Dubai Motor Show. The original version of this car features a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine that’s good for 738 pound-feet of torque and 621 horsepower, but the Brabus variant flaunts no less than 1,106 pound-feet of torque and 887 horsepower.
Other modifications were made to the suspension, rolling stock, exhaust and body kit, not to mention the impressive interior alterations. Moreover, Brabus decided to feed all of the engine’s power to the rear wheels, as the 4Matic all-wheel drive system implemented by Mercedes just couldn’t handle all that extra power.
The car’s exterior stands out thanks to its lavish gold color scheme complemented by a gorgeous set of black wheels with gold rims.
