Qatar’s Four Seasons Doha Includes The World’s Largest Nobu

Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa recently opened his famous Nobu restaurant at an exquisite location, namely the Four Seasons Hotel in Doha, Qatar. The establishment features an fabulous exterior design that resembles a closed oyster shell with river stones and bronze touches. It is surrounded by beautiful waters and offers exceptional views of the resort and of the sunset.


This amazing design was sketched out by David Rockwell, who is also responsible for the designs of other Nobu restaurants around the world. Inside, there are 134 seats as well as two private dining rooms and a 10-seat sushi counter. There’s also a White Pearl Bar & Lounge as well as a Black Pearl Bar & Lounge and a rooftop lounge that boasts enough seating for 38 people. Moving on to the food, visitors are able to savor some of Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s most renowned dishes, including his lobster with wasabi pepper sauce, black cod miso and yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno.
