Unveiled officially as a concept car in 2005 during the Geneva Motor Show, the outstanding Lamborghini Concept S eventually made it into production as part of a limited edition. However, after the first car was built, Lamborghini decided that the manufacturing process was too costly, and so it gave up on the model right away.
The 2006 Lamborghini Concept S is the only car of its kind in the world. It bears the chassis number 001 and is scheduled to be put under the hammer in New York by RM Auctions. The car was driven for only 111.8 miles, which means that it is basically brand new. Between this and its exclusivity, the vehicle is expected to bring in between $2.4 and $3 million.
