Even though Oprah’s show ended in 2011, the fact remains that she’s still one of the richest and most influential people on the planet. Apparently, the renowned American media proprietor and talk show host has decided to settle down in one of the most affluent communities in the States, namely Montecito, California.
Oprah has recently purchased a lovely estate called Seamair Farm for no less than $29 million. The “farm” is located at 380 Santa Rosa Lane, and it comprises 23 acres of land as well as a luxurious 4,750 square-foot residence that features its own koi ponds, swimming pools, decks and covered patios. There’s also a barn, riding rings, a stable and paddocks, all of which would make any horse enthusiast happy. Private living arrangements are based on four bedrooms, all of which are simply fabulous in their own way.
