Max Azria purchased it back in 2006 for $16 million and ended up investing $30 million for its renovation and expansion. Now known as “Le Maison Du Soleil”, the residence comprises luxe amenities and facilities such as an indoor gymnasium, a 6,000 square foot movie theater, a tennis court and an infinity swimming pool. The entryway is perhaps one of the most impressive areas because it spreads on two levels and features a breathtaking waterfall chandelier that comprises 150,000 crystals. Fire pits, two greenhouses, a fully equipped kitchen and a Moroccan bathhouse ensure comfort and convenience.

The property comprises five gardens that can be admired from the house’s top-level terrace. Despite its lavishness, Max Azria wants to part ways with this house, which is why he listed it for $85 million.
