A beautiful reflecting koi pond welcomes its guests at the entry, announcing that the entire property is dominated by style and luxury. Terra Design, the architectural firm that created the house, took their inspiration from traditional Thai residences, which have separate pavilions but which keep a sense of unity as a complex.
The guest wing is separated by a terrace and is meant to be like “a private house within a house”, as the architects describe it. It is characterized by generous volumes and luxe furnishings throughout. Also defined as a separate volume is the master wing, with its master bedroom, a study and plenty of luxury amenities.
For a little relaxation time, the owners can choose to spend some quality hours on the roof deck (accessible via an open spiral teak and metal staircase), or outside, in the pool and in the social spaces that offer both privacy and mind-blowing views of the sea. Now this is what we call a dreamy home.
