The new Monaco LE watch from Ulysse Nardin celebrates the luxury watchmaker’s passion for precision and yachting lifestyle. The brand has been the official sponsor of the Monaco Yacht Show for five years in a row, and now it is again ready to impress the world with a new limited edition marine chronometer.
Each of the 100 units has individual numbers and engravings, and is manufactured of stainless steel and titanium. The deep blue color of the dial and strap gives a nautical-inspired charm to the watch, as well as distinct elegance. Powered by an in-house self-winding base caliber 118 (UN-118) developed with the advanced DiamonSil technology, the Monaco LE is water resistant to 100 meters (328 feet).
It has a 60 hour power reserve, a date display at 6 o’clock, an oversized small seconds register, and the UN “quick setting” function which permits easy forward/backward adjustment of the date. This is a sporty timepiece that doesn’t lack elegance and character – just like the men that it was built for.
