Lavinia Is A Powerful Electric Supercar Developed By Tecnicar

It’s pretty clear by now that not all electric-powered vehicles are slow, silent and unimpressive from a performance point of view, as proved repeatedly by the now famous Tesla cars and the Renovo Coupe. The car that we’re about to present is still in its development stages, which means that it might not actually make it into production anytime soon. It was designed by an Italian company named Tecnicar and was dubbed Lavinia, which is an oddly innocent name for such a beastly supercar.

The electric motor that powers this ride gives off no less than 800 horsepower, which means that Lavinia can perform a 0-62 mph sprint in just 3.5 seconds, while its top speed could potentially reach 186 mph. As we said before, we don’t know whether this car will ever enter production or not, but we certainly hope that it will someday.
