Larry Ellison Sells a Plush Property on Lake Tahoe

Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison has decided to sell one of his luxe properties and hopes to get $28.5 million for it. It is a 9,242-square foot residence placed on a 2.62-acre lot by the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Also part of the deal is a guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1,326 square feet of space, plus a lakefront home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, and a total of 2,934 square feet of space. Quite the offer, isn’t it? Oh, and did we mention the 426-square-foot lakeside cabana with barbeque area on the roof?

The property can be found in Glenbrook, Nevada, and it includes its own private beach, 230 feet of lakefront, a rock breakwater, a floating dock, two piers, and two buoys. Terraced gardens make the place even more amazing, and so do the stream, the pond, the small waterfall and the hot tub with unobstructed views towards the lake.

The main house offers plenty of room for living, relaxing, entertaining and sleeping. It has 6 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a library, a soundproofed home theater, a billiard room, a sauna, a gym and more. There is a separate wing for the master bedroom, which includes two separate dressings, as well as his and hers bathrooms with wooden Japanese soaking tubs crafted by hand.
